Koaxiálny adaptér ShiverPeaks 82031-M — celokovový koaxiálny konektor

Coaxial adapter ShiverPeaks 82031-M is a full metal coax connector intended to join compatible coaxial cables and equipment. The adapter features a metallic housing that offers mechanical stability and supports reliable signal transmission in RF, antenna and cable installations where a robust metal coax connector is required.

Advantages

The full metal construction provides enhanced durability and mechanical strength compared with plastic-bodied adapters. Its standard coaxial interface ensures compatibility with commonly used male coax connectors, allowing simple plug‑to‑plug connections. Metal housing also contributes to improved shielding of the connection point, reducing susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference and maintaining signal integrity under typical installation conditions.

Suitable for

• Connecting two coaxial cables with compatible male coaxial interfaces
• Temporary or permanent links between RF equipment and antennas
• Indoor and sheltered outdoor cable runs where a robust metal connector is preferred

Key specifications

• Body material: full metal housing for mechanical robustness and shielding
• Connection type: male-to-male coaxial coupling suitable for standard coax plugs
• Application area: RF, antenna and coaxial cable installations
• Mounting style: inline coupler for direct plug connections

How to use

Ensure both coaxial cable ends or equipment connectors are clean and free of debris before making the connection. Align the male coaxial plugs and insert them into the adapter until fully seated. Verify a secure mechanical fit; do not force the connection beyond normal plug engagement. For installations exposed to weather, locate the adapter in a sheltered position or provide additional sealing as required by the installation environment.

Recommendations

Use the ShiverPeaks 82031-M where a metal-bodied, plug-to-plug coaxial coupling is needed and where improved shielding and mechanical durability are beneficial. Avoid excessive twisting or bending at the connection point to prevent strain on cable conductors and maintain consistent signal performance.
