Koaxiálny kábel DELOCK 90729 RG-316/U 0,2 m s FAKRA-D konektorom samec, hnedý

DELOCK 90729 is a short coaxial cable designed for radio-frequency signal transmission in compact installations. The cable uses RG-316/U coaxial construction and measures 0.2 m, providing a high-frequency connection with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. It is fitted with a FAKRA D male straight connector and is supplied as a single unit in a polybag. The brown jacket and compact length make this cable suitable for tight routing and in-vehicle or telematics applications where space is limited.

Advantages

The RG-316/U construction offers a reliable shielded transmission line with stable impedance and low loss for short link applications. The FAKRA D male straight connector provides a standardized automotive interface for secure mating with FAKRA D female ports. The 0.2 m length reduces signal attenuation compared with longer leads while simplifying cable management in constrained spaces. The single-piece supply in a polybag supports easy storage and handling for installation work.

How to use

Ensure mating connectors are of the FAKRA D type and that both connector interfaces are clean and free of debris before connection. Align the FAKRA D male straight connector with the female counterpart and push until the connector latches or seats securely. Use the 0.2 m length to route the cable without tight bends that could compress the dielectric; maintain gentle bend radii appropriate for RG-316/U to prevent degradation of RF performance. For disconnection, depress any retention feature on the counterpart and pull straight to avoid stressing the cable assembly.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and repeated flexing near the connector ends. When used in automotive or telematics applications, verify connector keying and retention to suit the vehicle mounting environment and secure the cable against mechanical strain to maintain reliable RF transmission.
