Koaxiálny konektor samec F ShiverPeaks BS85009-A

The ShiverPeaks BS85009-A coaxial connector is an F-type male connector designed for reliable signal transmission in television, satellite and other RF installations. With a male outer diameter of 6.7 mm, this single-piece connector is intended for use with compatible coaxial cables where a robust, low-loss connection is required. The connector is supplied individually, allowing targeted replacement or custom assembly without excess packaging.

Advantages

This F-type connector offers a precise 6.7 mm male diameter for consistent mating with standard F-type female sockets. It is constructed to provide stable electrical contact and minimise signal loss across the connection interface. The compact form factor supports easy handling and installation in confined spaces, while the single-item supply makes it practical for repairs or small projects.

Suitable for

• Television antenna and cable TV installations
• Satellite receiver and LNB connections
• Repairing or assembling coaxial cable runs
• Testing and prototyping RF equipment

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type, male
• Outer diameter (male): 6.7 mm
• Supply: single piece (sold individually)
• Application: household and professional RF signal connections

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the dimensions recommended for F-type terminations. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end until the centre conductor is correctly aligned with the connector pin and the outer body seats against the cable braid. Secure the connector according to the cable type and installation method — for screw-on or compression-compatible variants follow the appropriate mechanical fastening procedure. After installation, check the mechanical fit and signal continuity with appropriate testing equipment.

Recommendations

Use compatible F-type female sockets and ensure cable preparation matches the connector design to avoid poor contact or signal degradation. Where environmental exposure is possible, consider additional sealing or weatherproofing. Verify connector compatibility with the specific coaxial cable diameter and shielding type before final assembly.
