Koncové krytky pre U-profil 20 mm EUROLITE 51210867 strieborná

EUROLITE silver end caps for 20 mm U-profile (model 51210867) are injection-moulded closures designed to fit the open ends of aluminium U-shaped profiles with a 20 mm width. They provide a neat, flush finish while protecting profile edges from mechanical damage and reducing the ingress of dust and debris. The caps are intended for use with lighting channels, display frames and other construction profiles where a sealed and finished end is required.

Advantages

The caps offer a precision fit for 20 mm U-profiles, ensuring a secure hold without additional fasteners. Their silver finish matches anodised or painted aluminium surfaces for a consistent appearance. Made from durable material, the end caps resist cracking under normal installation stress and help maintain a sealed profile end to limit dust accumulation and protect internal components.

How to use

Ensure the profile end is clean and free of chips or burrs before installation. Align the end cap with the open end of the 20 mm U-profile and press firmly until the cap seats evenly and the retaining ribs engage. If necessary, support the profile to prevent deformation during insertion. Removal can be done by prying gently at one edge with a thin tool, taking care not to damage the profile or cap.

Recommendations

For best results, use these end caps on profiles with matching internal dimensions and a smooth cut end. Avoid excessive force during insertion and removal to extend service life; in environments with high vibration or mechanical stress consider additional retention methods such as a drop of compatible adhesive.
