Krúžkový zakladač Hama 00007547 D-krúžok biely 327mm x 309mm

The Hama ring binder 00007547 with D-ring mechanism is designed to store and organise punched documents in a compact, user-friendly format. With external dimensions of 327 mm width and 309 mm depth and a white cover, this binder provides a neutral and professional appearance suitable for office, home or study environments. The D-ring shape helps keep sheets aligned and reduces curling compared with standard round-ring binders.

Advantages

This binder’s D-ring mechanism allows for smoother page turning and more efficient use of the internal space. The rigid cover protects contents from bending and light damage while keeping a minimal visual profile thanks to the white finish. The design supports frequent handling and straightforward insertion and removal of punched paper, making it practical for regular document management.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 punched documents, reports and manuals
• Office filing where a professional look is required
• Home paperwork, school projects and study notes
• Archiving frequently referenced papers for easy access

When it may not be suitable

This binder is intended for punched paper and is not suitable for loose, non-punched sheets unless you use additional fasteners or plastic sleeves. It may be less appropriate if you need waterproof or heavy-duty archival storage for long-term preservation in harsh conditions.

Key specifications

• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for aligned page stacking
• External size: approximately 327 mm (width) x 309 mm (depth)
• Colour: white finish for a neutral appearance
• Cover: rigid cover offering basic protection against bending

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism by lifting the rings or using the release lever if present, insert punched documents evenly across the rings to prevent misalignment, then close the rings securely. Store the binder upright on a shelf by its spine or stack flat where appropriate. For better longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity of the rings and use plastic sleeves for loose or frequently handled pages.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that your documents are punched for a D-ring binder or plan to use sleeves or a hole punch
• Check that the external dimensions and internal ring capacity meet your storage needs
• Decide if a white finish fits your office or home aesthetic and labeling needs

Recommendations

Use permanent or removable spine labels to identify contents, place regularly used materials in front for easy access, and combine with plastic sleeves for fragile or frequently referenced pages to prolong document life.
