Krúžkový zakladač Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 tyrkysová

The Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 ring binder in turquoise is designed to store and organise A4 documents in offices, schools and home workspaces. Constructed from durable cardboard with a coated finish, it includes a D-ring mechanism that holds punched pages securely and allows smooth page turning. The bright turquoise colour provides clear visual identification of the contents while the reinforced spine and edges improve resistance to daily wear.

Advantages

This ring binder offers a balance of durability and lightweight handling, making it practical for frequent use. The D-ring system reduces page shifting and maximises capacity compared with smaller ring types. A coated surface resists dirt and light moisture, while the flat spine allows neat stacking on shelves. The vibrant turquoise finish improves quick recognition among multiple binders and supports colour-coded filing systems.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents, reports and handouts
• School folders and class notes
• Office filing for project documentation
• Home paperwork and manuals
• Colour-coded filing systems

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size
• Cover material: durable coated cardboard
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for stable page alignment
• Spine: flat spine suitable for labelling and shelving
• Colour: turquoise (bright finish for visual organisation)
• Capacity: designed for multiple punched pages (depends on paper thickness)

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the release levers or tabs, align punched pages or punched plastic sleeves on the rings and close the mechanism until it clicks to secure the contents. For even distribution, place heavier documents near the centre of the binder and avoid overfilling beyond its capacity. Use the spine area for a label to indicate the binder contents and slide it onto a shelf with the labelled spine facing outwards for quick retrieval.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to maintain shape and prevent edge wear. For longer document preservation, combine with plastic sleeves for frequently handled pages and avoid exposure to direct moisture or prolonged sunlight to preserve the colour and finish.
