Kryt puzdra Rittal SV 3032.000, červený polyesterová ochranná doska

Rittal SV 3032.000 is a red polyester enclosure cover designed as a protective panel for industrial cabinets and control enclosures. The cover provides a corrosion-resistant, non-conductive barrier that helps protect electrical components, cable entries and junction areas in both indoor and outdoor installations. Its molded polyester construction offers mechanical stability while remaining lightweight and suitable for use on machine housings, switchgear panels and protection of busbar system components.

Advantages

The polyester material resists corrosion and most common environmental influences while maintaining electrical insulation properties. The red finish provides clear visual identification for protected areas and enhances safety marking. The panel is lightweight, easy to handle and can be adapted to different mounting situations. Designed for use in industrial environments, it combines durability with non-conductive protection to reduce the risk of accidental contact with live parts.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the polyester cover over the area to be protected, ensuring it fully covers cable entries, junctions or busbar routes. Align mounting holes or edges with the enclosure or panel framework and secure using appropriate fasteners compatible with the housing material. Confirm that the cover does not interfere with ventilation openings or moving parts, and that it maintains the required clearance from live conductors. For busbar insulation tasks, position the cover to prevent accidental contact while allowing necessary access for maintenance when de-energized.

Recommendations

Use suitable corrosion-resistant fasteners and maintain required air gaps to live parts according to applicable electrical and safety standards. Inspect the polyester panel periodically for mechanical damage or UV degradation in exposed outdoor locations and replace if any compromise to insulation or mechanical integrity is found.
