Krytka objektívu Nikon LF-4 pre digitálny fotoaparát

The Nikon LF-4 lens cap is a protective accessory designed for use with compatible AF-S NIKKOR lenses on digital cameras. It fits securely over the front element to shield the lens from dust, scratches and light impact while the camera is not in use. The cap features a simple snap-on mechanism and a low-profile black finish that blends with standard Nikon lens designs.

Advantages

The LF-4 provides reliable front-element protection without adding significant bulk, helping to preserve optical coatings and maintain image quality. Its snug fit reduces the risk of accidental detachment, and the lightweight construction makes it convenient to carry with other camera equipment. The neutral black appearance ensures compatibility with multiple lens models and camera setups.

Suitable for

• Protecting AF-S NIKKOR lenses during storage and transport
• Keeping lens elements free from dust and minor scratches when changing lenses
• Outdoor photography when temporarily removing lens hoods or filters
• Photographers seeking a low-profile, OEM-style lens cap replacement

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for use with AF-S NIKKOR series front elements
• Type: snap-on front lens cap
• Color: black
• Material: durable lightweight plastic
• Fit: low-profile, slim design for minimal added depth

How to use

Align the cap with the lens front and press gently until it snaps into place, ensuring the cap is seated evenly around the lens rim. To remove, squeeze the designated grip areas (if present) or gently pull the cap away from the lens edge while supporting the lens to avoid stress on the mount. Store the cap on the lens when the camera is not in use and keep a spare cap in your camera bag to avoid leaving the lens exposed during lens changes.

Recommendations

Regularly clean the inner surface of the cap and the lens front with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent transfer of dust or grit. Replace the cap if it becomes cracked or loose to maintain effective protection for your lens.
