Okulár digitálneho fotoaparátu Nikon VOW00201 čierny

The Nikon VOW00201 Eyepiece Digital Camera Black is an eyepiece accessory designed for compatible Nikon Z-series cameras. Constructed with soft rubber, it provides a comfortable seal around the eye and reduces stray light entering the viewfinder, improving image review and composition. The eyepiece maintains camera behavior so the LCD monitor automatically switches off when the photographer raises their eye to the viewfinder, preserving battery life and preventing accidental screen display while shooting.

Advantages

The soft rubber construction delivers a secure, comfortable fit that blocks unwanted light and helps stabilise the user’s eye position during framing. Its black finish matches camera aesthetics and resists reflections. Compatibility with Nikon Z cameras ensures seamless integration and automatic sensor-based switching of the LCD when the eyepiece detects the photographer’s eye. The design is compact and lightweight, making it easy to leave attached during extended shoots without adding bulk.

Suitable for

• Landscape and travel photography where accurate composition through the viewfinder is required
• Portrait and studio work requiring stable eye positioning and reduced glare
• Outdoor and bright-light situations to minimise stray light entering the viewfinder
• Photographers using Nikon Z-series cameras seeking an ergonomic eyepiece replacement or upgrade

How to use

Attach the eyepiece to the camera’s viewfinder following your camera manual’s instructions for eyepiece replacement or installation. Ensure the eyepiece is seated securely on the viewfinder frame so the soft rubber forms a light-tight seal around the eye. When properly installed, raise the camera to your eye to compose; the camera’s viewfinder sensor will detect your eye and the LCD monitor will switch off automatically. To clean, wipe the rubber surface with a soft, dry cloth and avoid solvents or abrasive materials.

Recommendations

Use the eyepiece during bright outdoor shoots or studio sessions to reduce glare and stabilise eye position. Remove and store the eyepiece when cleaning the viewfinder area or switching to accessories that require unobstructed viewfinder access.
