Krytka objektívu OM System LC-52D pre 52 mm závit filtra

OM System LC-52D lens cap is made for lenses with a 52 mm filter thread and provides front-element protection when the lens is not in use. The cap fits standard 52 mm filter-size lenses and protects the front glass from dust, scratches and light impacts during transport, storage or between shoots. Its design allows quick attachment and removal without additional tools, helping to keep optics clean and safe while maintaining a low profile on the lens.

Advantages

The LC-52D offers a precise fit for 52 mm filter threads, ensuring consistent front-element coverage. Constructed from durable, lightweight material, it resists everyday wear and maintains shape after repeated use. The snap-on mechanism secures the cap to the lens while allowing fast removal for quick shooting. The low-profile design minimizes added bulk and preserves the lens balance when mounted on a camera or stored in padded cases.

Suitable for

• Protecting front lens elements during transport and storage
• Use between shooting sessions to prevent dust and light impacts
• Travel photography where compact, reliable protection is required
• General-purpose use with any lens that has a 52 mm filter thread

Key specifications

• Compatible filter thread size: 52 mm
• Attachment type: snap-on/front cap
• Material: durable lightweight plastic
• Design: low-profile, slim fit
• Primary protection: dust, scratches and minor impacts

How to use

Align the cap with the front of the lens so the cap's inner lip matches the 52 mm filter thread area, then press gently until it snaps into place. To remove, squeeze the side tabs (if present) or grip the cap edge and pull it straight off to avoid twisting the lens filter threads. Regularly inspect the cap for debris on the inner surface and clean it with a soft, dry cloth before attaching to prevent transferring particles to the lens element.

Recommendations

Keep the lens cap on when the lens is not in use, especially during transport and storage. Store spare caps in a clean, dry pocket of your camera bag to replace any lost caps quickly. Avoid exposing the cap to excessive heat or solvents that could deform the plastic; clean it with mild soap and water if necessary and allow to dry completely before reattaching.
