Krytka proti prachu BlueOptics BODCLCS 10 ks LC čierna

The BlueOptics BODCLCS dust cover is designed specifically for LC ports and LC Simplex transceivers. Each pack contains 10 black dust caps that provide a physical barrier against dust, dirt and other particulates, helping to maintain optical performance and protect sensitive components such as transceiver interfaces and laser elements during storage or transport. The compact design fits standard LC connectors and is intended for use in network media converter environments and related optical infrastructure.

Advantages

These dust covers offer straightforward protection to prevent contamination of LC ports and transceiver ferrules. Supplied as a set of 10 in black, the caps are simple to apply and remove without tools and help reduce the need for repeated cleaning of connector endfaces. Their universal shape for LC connectors supports consistent protection across compatible equipment.

Suitable for

• Protecting unused LC ports on network media converters and patch panels
• Covering LC Simplex transceivers during storage and transport
• Maintaining cleanliness of spare optical connectors in inventory

Key specifications

• Connector compatibility: LC (Simplex)
• Quantity per pack: 10 pieces
• Colour: Black
• Intended use: Dust and debris protection for optical connector interfaces

How to use

To use, align the dust cover with the LC connector or transceiver port and press gently until the cap seats over the ferrule or port opening. Remove by pulling the cap straight off when the connector is required for use. Use the caps when transceivers are stored, shipped, or when ports are unused to reduce contamination risk. Regularly inspect caps for damage and replace if they no longer fit securely.

Recommendations

Store caps in a clean, dry environment and keep them in their original packaging until needed. Do not attempt to clean optical endfaces with these caps in place; remove the cap and use appropriate cleaning tools before connecting devices.
