The Brilliant Tools BT511045 is a 6-piece extraction tool set for vehicle interior trim clips, designed to remove clips quickly and with minimal damage. The set includes tools in three jaw widths (4 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm) and two shaft lengths (23.5 cm and 49.5 cm), enabling access to both nearby and hard-to-reach fasteners. Each tool features a two-component handle for improved grip during use.

Advantages

The set provides universal usability through three different jaw sizes and two lengths, reducing the need for multiple separate tools. The two-component handles offer a secure grip, and the longer shafts allow removal of clips located deep within door panels or dashboards. For clips located deep inside, use the longer 49.5 cm shaft; for nearby clips, use the 23.5 cm shaft. Maintain steady, controlled force to avoid bending the trim or damaging surrounding surfaces.

Recommendations

Use the appropriate jaw width for each clip and work progressively around the clip to reduce stress on the panel. Keep tools clean and store dry to preserve performance and prevent corrosion.
