Kuhn Rikon ALLROUND panvica nepotiahnutá 24 cm – 18/10 nerezová oceľ, vhodná na indukciu, do rúry do 240°C

The ALLROUND frying pan from Kuhn Rikon brings a no-nonsense approach to everyday cooking. Crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a natural, uncoated surface, this 24 cm pan is built for those who value direct heat control and a durable, scratch-resistant cooking surface. Its Superthermic® sandwich base ensures even heat distribution across the entire pan, eliminating hot spots for consistent searing and browning.

Highlights

• Superthermic® Base: Three-layer sandwich construction for optimal heat distribution and energy efficiency.
• Uncoated 18/10 Stainless Steel: Naturally PFOA/PFAS-free, ideal for high-heat searing and deglazing.
• All Hob Compatible: Works on induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops.
• Oven Safe up to 240°C: Seamlessly transfer from stovetop to oven.
• Riveted Stainless Steel Handle: Sturdy, secure, and stays cool during stovetop use.
• Dishwasher Safe: Effortless cleanup after cooking.

In daily use

This pan excels at high-heat techniques. The uncoated surface allows you to achieve a deep, flavorful crust on steaks and fish, then deglaze with wine or stock to create pan sauces. The pouring rim on both sides makes transferring liquids mess-free. While stainless steel requires a bit of technique—preheat properly and add oil before food—the results are rewarding. The pan is also oven-safe, so you can finish dishes like frittatas or seared chicken in the oven without changing pans.
