Lindy 20m USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro USB A na USB A 5 Gbit/s

The Lindy 20m USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable Pro (USB A to USB A) provides a 20 m active extension for connecting a computer to USB 3.0 SuperSpeed peripherals while maintaining data integrity. The cable supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 1 / USB 3.1 Gen 1 / USB 3.0) and features magnetic shielding and nickel-plated contacts for durability and stable signal transmission. It can be used as a standalone 20 m extension or as part of the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro to create longer, modular USB extension runs.

Advantages

The cable uses proven active technology and locking USB A connectors to preserve signal quality over long distances. Its magnetic shielding and nickel-plated contacts increase durability and help reduce interference. When combined in the Extension System Pro, the modular design allows extension and distribution of USB signals to multiple devices with predictable performance.

How to use

Connect one end of the Lindy 20m USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable Pro to a computer USB A host port and the other end to a USB A peripheral. If used as part of a modular Extension System Pro installation, the first cable attached to the computer must be the 8 m (No. 43158) or 15 m (No. 43229) USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro unit; after that you may cascade additional Extension System Pro cables up to a combined maximum distance of 40 m. The final segment of the run may be any cable or hub from the Extension System Pro range. For multiple devices or high-power peripherals, use the 10 m Hub Pro (No. 43159) with its external power supply as the last element in the extension.

Recommendations

Use the specified 8 m or 15 m Active Extension Pro as the first unit from the host when creating cascaded Extension System Pro installations. For high-power devices or when connecting multiple devices, include the 10 m Hub Pro with power supply at the end of the extension to ensure reliable operation. Ensure connectors are fully engaged and locking mechanisms are used in demanding environments.
