Lindy 46351 InfiniBand/sklenený kábel 2 m LC ST ružový

The Lindy 46351 2m OM4 fibre optic cable with LC to ST connectors provides a multimode link for high-speed data transmission. With a 50 µm core diameter and OM4 grading, this pink cable is designed for short- to medium-range installations where low attenuation and consistent modal performance are required. The LC connector at one end and ST connector at the other enable compatibility between devices or patch panels that use these common connector types while the 2 metre length suits rack-to-rack or equipment-to-patch connections in networking and data centre environments.

Advantages

The OM4 multimode construction and 50 µm core diameter reduce modal dispersion for improved bandwidth at short distances. LC and ST connectors provide reliable physical contact and are widely supported across networking equipment, facilitating straightforward integration. The 2 m length balances flexibility and minimal excess cable in patching scenarios. The distinct pink jacket improves cable identification and management in dense cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches, transceivers and patch panels
• Data centre rack-to-rack or equipment connections
• LAN multimode fibre links and short-reach high-bandwidth applications
• Environments requiring colour-coded cable management

Key specifications

• Length: 2 metres
• Fibre type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector A: LC
• Connector B: ST
• Jacket colour: Pink

How to use

Inspect both connectors and ports for debris before making connections. Align the LC connector with the matching LC port and insert until it clicks or seats firmly; align the ST connector with the ST receptacle and engage the bayonet coupling by inserting and twisting until secured. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension, keeping bend radii within the equipment manufacturer's recommended limits. For best signal performance, avoid tight cable bundles with active electrical cables and maintain clean connector endfaces using appropriate fibre cleaning tools when necessary.

Recommendations

Use the pink jacket for clear visual identification in cable trays and racks; label both ends if required for easier tracing. Store and handle the fibre cable in loops that respect minimum bend radius, and perform endface cleaning when connecting or reconnecting to maintain low insertion loss and reliable links.
