Lindy 46361 InfiniBand/sklenené vlákno kábel 2 m LC SC ružový

The Lindy 46361 2 m LC SC Pink is an OM4 multimode fibre optic cable designed for short-to-medium reach high-speed data transmission. With a 50 µm core diameter and LC to SC terminations, this 2-metre cable supports reliable connections in data centres, telecommunication rooms and enterprise network environments. The cable’s OM4 rating ensures improved bandwidth and lower modal dispersion compared with lower-grade multimode fibres, while the pink jacket color provides an easy visual identifier for cable management and service operations.

Advantages

This Lindy fibre optic cable combines OM4 multimode performance with standardized LC and SC connectors to provide consistent signal integrity and low insertion loss. The 50 µm core supports high-speed transmission and is suitable for 10 Gb/s and higher short-range links where multimode is specified. The 2 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-rack and patch panel-to-equipment connections without excess slack. The distinct pink jacket aids identification and simplified routing in dense cable installations.

Suitable for

• Data centre rack-to-rack and patch panel connections
• Short-reach multimode links (10 Gb/s and similar)
• Telecommunication rooms and equipment interconnects
• Environments requiring colour-coded cabling for management

How to use

Inspect both LC and SC connector endfaces before installation and, if necessary, clean them using approved fibre-optic cleaning tools to reduce insertion loss. Route the 2 m Lindy 46361 cable between the required ports, ensuring bend radii are not exceeded and there is no undue tension on the fibre. Insert the LC connector and the SC connector into their respective ports until a secure click or seating is achieved. After connection, verify link status and performance with appropriate test equipment or network diagnostics.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this OM4 50 µm cable for multimode short-reach links and maintain proper handling practices: avoid tight bends, protect connector endfaces from contamination, and store spare cables coiled with a large radius. Use colour coding consistently across installations to simplify maintenance and reduce service time.
