Lindy 47374 sieťový kábel čierny 2 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Cat.6 S/FTP 2m networking cable is a 2-meter Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired connections in home and office environments. Built to Cat6 specifications with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors, this black cable supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and is suitable for applications that require stable, high-speed data transfer and reduced electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides individual foil shielding for each pair plus an overall braided shield, reducing crosstalk and external interference for clearer signal transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance, while the Cat.6 construction supports higher bandwidth and improved performance compared with lower category cables. The 2 m length offers flexibility for typical workstation and networking setups without excess cable clutter.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops or workstations to network switches or routers
• Wired connections for network printers and NAS devices
• Home office or small office Gigabit Ethernet setups
• Short-run connections in server cabinets or patch panels

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6
• Shielding: S/FTP (individually foil screened pairs with overall braided shield)
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the Ethernet port of your computer, switch or router and the other to the corresponding network device. Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. For optimal performance, avoid tightly bending the cable near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong EMI sources where possible. Use the 2 m length to route between nearby devices or through cable management channels to maintain a tidy setup.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit performance maintain good connector seating and avoid sharp bends. If running near power cables or heavy machinery, increase separation or use additional shielding to minimise interference.
