Lindy 48182 sieťový kábel červený 1 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Lindy RJ-45/RJ-45 Cat6 1m Red networking cable (MPN: 48182, EAN: 4002888481823) is a 1 metre U/UTP Cat6 patch cable designed for home and office networks. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology. The cable's red jacket provides easy visual identification in patch panels and cable runs while delivering reliable data transmission suitable for high-speed Ethernet applications.

Advantages

The cable uses U/UTP shielding to reduce crosstalk and maintain signal integrity over short runs. Cat6 specification ensures improved bandwidth compared with earlier categories, supporting Gigabit Ethernet (1000Base-T) on typical network setups. The molded RJ-45 connectors offer a secure fit and low profile for use in crowded patch panels or device ports. The bright red colour aids cable management and fault tracing without compromising performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, switches, routers and networked peripherals over short distances (1 m)
• Patching between wall outlets and network equipment in home or small office environments
• Temporary or permanent connections in server racks, patch panels or workstations
• Areas where colour-coded cabling simplifies identification and maintenance

How to use

Uncoil the Lindy Cat6 cable and check both RJ-45 connectors for intact strain relief and secure crimping. Insert one RJ-45 plug fully into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router) until the latch snaps into place. Insert the other end into the corresponding port on the network equipment. For patch panel installations, route the cable to the correct port and secure with cable ties if required, ensuring no excessive bending at the connector. Test the link using device indicators or network testing tools to confirm connectivity and expected link speed.
