Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik EC020200070 15m Cat6a S/FTP žltý

The EFB Elektronik EC020200070 15m Cat6a S/FTP Yellow networking cable provides a long-reach connection for high-speed Ethernet environments. Designed to support up to 10000 Mbit/s data transfer rates, this Cat6a cable uses S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain signal integrity and reduce interference across a 15 meter run. The bright yellow jacket makes cable identification and organization straightforward in both professional and home installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding offers superior protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving connection stability in dense cable installations. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance corrosion resistance and ensure consistent contact quality. The Cat6a specification supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance over the full 15 m length, while the clearly visible yellow jacket simplifies routing and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in offices and data centers
• High-bandwidth home networks for streaming and gaming
• Structured cabling runs that require visible color coding
• Workstations, switches, routers, and patch panels

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold plating
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbps)
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy compression, or proximity to strong electrical sources to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal quality. For best results, verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid kinking the cable and maintain bend radii recommended for Cat6a. When installing in permanent or high-density environments, label both ends and follow local installation standards for cable separation from power cabling to reduce interference.
