Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik EC020200295 RJ-45 Cat8.1 7,5 m červený

The EFB Elektronik EC020200295 RJ-45 Cat8.1 networking cable is a 7.5 m high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding wired networks. Built to the Cat8.1 standard with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts, the cable supports very high data transfer rates and robust signal integrity for modern network infrastructures. The cable's red jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels and structured cabling runs.

Advantages

Cat8.1 construction with S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping maintain stable connections in environments with multiple cables or electronic devices. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and ensure reliable contact over repeated insertions. With a 7.5 m length, the cable offers flexibility for linking equipment across racks, workstations, or home entertainment setups without compromising performance.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections between switches, routers, and servers
• Data centers and server rooms requiring shielded cabling
• Home offices and workstations demanding low-latency wired connections
• Patch panels and structured cabling where visual identification is useful

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat8.1
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Maximum stated data rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Colour: Red

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your switch, router, or network device and the other end into the destination port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure physical connection. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive twisting of the cable; maintain gentle radius turns and route the cable away from high-power electrical lines when possible. The S/FTP shielding requires both ends to be properly connected to shielded ports or terminated within compatible shielded infrastructure to realize maximum EMI protection.

Recommendations

Use the cable for distances up to 7.5 m as specified; for environments with strong electromagnetic interference or where maximum shielding is needed, pair the cable with shielded network hardware and follow structured cabling best practices to preserve signal integrity and achieve the rated data rates.
