How to use

Install the OmniSwitch 6360 in a standard rack or designated network location and connect uplinks and access ports to your network endpoints. Configure basic settings such as VLANs, PoE profiles, and IP addressing through the web GUI or CLI. Use AOS management features to apply security policies, routing and access control lists (ACLs) appropriate for your network design.

Recommendations

For reliable PoE delivery, verify total power budget and distribute powered devices across PoE-capable ports to avoid exceeding switch power limits. Maintain current AOS firmware and configuration backups, and monitor switch performance to ensure network reliability.
