Maskovacia páska Tesa 4348 — 30 mm x 50 m, svetlý krepový papier

Tesa Masking Tape 4348 — 30 mm x 50 m, light crepe paper is a narrow roll of light crepe paper tape intended for indoor masking and surface protection during painting and decorating tasks. The tape provides temporary adhesion to a variety of substrates including painted walls, wood and other common surfaces, enabling straight paint edges and helping to reduce paint bleed and surface damage when removed.

Advantages

The light crepe paper backing conforms easily to slight surface irregularities and curves, allowing accurate placement along edges and mouldings. The adhesive is formulated for temporary use: it sticks reliably during painting but removes cleanly from most common indoor surfaces without leaving residue when removed within a recommended time window. The narrow 30 mm width is convenient for precise masking and detailed work, while the 50 m length on the roll ensures adequate coverage for multiple small projects or extended tasks.

Suitable for

• Masking skirting boards, window frames and door trims for painting
• Creating clean paint edges on walls and ceilings
• Protecting wood surfaces and furniture edges during finishing work
• Temporary bundling or holding of lightweight items during indoor DIY tasks

Key specifications

• Backing material: light crepe paper for flexibility and conformability
• Adhesive type: removable pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for temporary indoor use
• Width: 30 mm for precise masking
• Length: 50 m per roll for multiple uses
• Suitable surfaces: painted walls, wood, plaster and similar indoor substrates
• Removability: designed to be removed cleanly from most surfaces when removed within advised time limits

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or loose particles before applying the tape. Unroll the required length and press the tape firmly along the edge or surface to be masked, smoothing it down to avoid gaps where paint could bleed. Apply paint as required and allow the paint to become touch-dry or follow the paint manufacturer’s guidance. Remove the tape by peeling back slowly at a low angle and steady motion to minimize the risk of lifting fresh paint or leaving adhesive residue.

Recommendations

For best results on delicate or newly painted surfaces, test a short tape length in an inconspicuous area first and remove within the paint supplier’s recommended timeframe. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure and extended masking periods to reduce the chance of adhesive transfer or surface damage on removal.
