Visací zámok MASTERLOCK M5EURDCC bezpečnostná úroveň 9, strmeň z kalenej ocele, mosadzné telo

MASTERLOCK M5EURDCC security level 9 padlock combines a solid brass body with a hardened steel shackle to deliver a compact, durable locking solution for gates, lockers and storage enclosures. Designed for applications that require a higher security rating, this padlock offers resistance to cutting and corrosion while maintaining straightforward operation and compact dimensions suitable for everyday commercial and domestic use.

Advantages

The brass body provides long-term corrosion resistance and dimensional stability, while the hardened steel shackle improves resistance to cutting and sawing. The padlock’s security level 9 rating indicates enhanced protection compared with standard locks of lower ratings. Its compact design allows installation in confined spaces and on a wide range of fixtures, and the construction supports frequent use with minimal maintenance.

Suitable for

• Securing outdoor gates and garden fences
• Locking toolboxes, lockers and storage cabinets
• Protecting sheds, garages and small commercial storage units
• Use where a higher-than-basic security rating is required

Key specifications

• Security rating: level 9
• Body material: brass for corrosion resistance
• Shackle material: hardened steel for cut resistance
• Design: compact, suitable for confined mounting spaces
• Intended use: outdoor and indoor applications requiring enhanced security

How to use

Fit the padlock by passing the hardened steel shackle through the hasp, chain link or latch opening and depress the shackle into the body until it locks. Ensure the mating hardware is correctly aligned so the shackle fully seats. To open, insert the correct key and rotate to release the shackle, then lift clear of the hasp. Regularly check the shackle and locking mechanism for debris or corrosion and operate the lock a few times after installation to confirm smooth functioning.

Recommendations

For best performance in outdoor environments, periodically clean the shackle and brass body and apply a light lubricant to the locking mechanism. Choose a hasp or mounting point that fits the shackle diameter and allows complete engagement to maintain the rated security level. Replace the padlock if there is visible damage to the shackle or body that could compromise security.
