Microconnect V-FTP6A03R-schlank sieťový kábel červený 3 m Cat6a U/FTP (STP)

The Microconnect V-FTP6A03R-SLIM is a 3 m Cat6a networking cable with RJ-45 connectors and U/FTP (STP) shielding. Designed as a slim, flexible cable for installations in crowded IT racks and cabinets, it supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is channel link tested to 500 MHz (Cat6a).

Advantages

The slim, thinner construction improves accessibility and makes routing and switching in tight spaces easier while maintaining Cat6a performance. Its increased flexibility helps installers reach connectors in dense racks and the U/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference. The slim profile also contributes to improved airflow in racks, which can reduce thermal stress on equipment.

Suitable for

• High-speed uplink and server connections in data centers
• Patch panels and dense rack installations where space is limited
• Office network cabling requiring shielded Cat6a performance

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Standard: Cat6a, channel link tested to 500 MHz
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: U/FTP (individual foil shielding per pair with overall braid/foil)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45, straight-through
• Colour: Red
• Weight: 0.046 kg

How to use

Route the slim Cat6a cable through the rack or cabinet to the desired ports and plug the RJ-45 connectors into the network devices, patch panels, or switches. Ensure both ends are fully inserted and latched. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation to preserve cable integrity and shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

For best performance, maintain recommended bending radius and avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Use the slim cable where space is constrained to improve airflow and simplify cable management.
