Mikrofónne rameno pre HALO Videobar — Boom Collaboration BM04-0042, externý držiak pre profesionálne AV inštalácie

The Boom Collaboration BM04-0042 microphone boom is an external mount designed for use with the HALO Videobar in professional AV and conference environments. It provides an adjustable microphone position separate from the videobar’s built-in microphones, allowing precise placement to improve voice capture for meetings, presentations and video calls. The product is intended as a supplementary or replacement mounting solution where the fixed microphones of the videobar do not provide the required coverage or positioning.

Advantages

The microphone boom enables flexible, repeatable microphone placement that reduces off-axis pickup and improves intelligibility. As an external mount for the HALO Videobar, it supports clearer voice capture in larger rooms, around conference tables, or when presenters move. The design is suited for professional AV installations and integrates with existing videobar setups without requiring modification to the HALO unit itself.

Suitable for

• Conference rooms where videobar microphones need supplemental coverage
• Boardrooms and presentation spaces requiring precise microphone placement
• Hybrid meeting setups with dedicated presenter or table microphones
• AV installations that require an external, adjustable microphone mount

Key specifications

• External adjustable boom mount compatible with HALO Videobar
• Designed for professional conference and AV environments
• Allows precise positioning of an attached microphone for improved voice capture
• Intended for use as a supplementary or replacement microphone mount

How to use

Mount the Boom Collaboration BM04-0042 to the HALO Videobar according to the installer’s instructions, align the boom to the desired position, and secure the microphone on the boom. Adjust the boom length and angle to place the microphone at an optimal distance and orientation relative to speakers to improve clarity and reduce ambient noise. After positioning, verify audio levels and make any necessary adjustments in the conferencing system or audio processor to achieve the required gain and tonal balance.

Recommendations

Place the boom so the microphone capsule faces the primary speaker area and maintain consistent distance to reduce level variation. For multi-participant tables, position the boom to favor the expected speaker or use multiple booms/microphones to ensure uniform coverage. Test and set gain staging within the meeting room audio system to avoid clipping or excessive background pickup.
