Montážna lišta B-Tech BT8390 predlžovacia sada čierna 12 mm šírka 8 mm hĺbka 180 mm dĺžka

The B-TECH SYSTEM X BT8390 Extension Kit (BT8390-EXT/B) contains six steel joining bars designed to extend mounting rails to a required length for wall-mounted applications. Finished in black, each joining bar fits into the side channels of the BT8390 mounting rail and is secured by internal grub screws; spring-loaded bearings on the underside allow accurate alignment and smooth engagement during assembly. The kit is suitable for creating larger continuous rails used in menu boards, video walls and other digital signage installations.

Advantages

The extension kit provides a straightforward method to lengthen BT8390 rails without altering the existing system, using six robust steel bars that clamp together with grub screws for a secure joint. Spring-loaded bearings ensure easy alignment and positive seating of the bars, while the black finish matches SYSTEM X components for a consistent appearance. The compact dimensions (12 mm width, 8 mm depth, 180 mm length per bar) make the kit compatible with standard BT8390 rails and installations.

Suitable for

• Extending BT8390 mounting rails for large menu boards
• Creating continuous rails for video walls
• Joining rails in digital signage installations
• Wall-mounted mounting rail expansions where a black finish is required

How to use

Insert each joining bar into the side channels of adjacent BT8390 mounting rails so the bars engage into the channel profiles. Align the bars until the spring-loaded bearings locate the correct position, then tighten the internal grub screws to clamp the bars together and secure the rail joint. Repeat for additional joints until the desired rail length and continuity are achieved.

Recommendations

Use the kit only with compatible BT8390 SYSTEM X rails and follow B-TECH installation guidance to ensure secure fixing. Check that grub screws are tightened to an appropriate torque and verify alignment before finalising the wall installation. For large or load-bearing signage, plan support points and consider professional installation.
