How to use

Place the printer on a stable surface with adequate ventilation and connect to power. Use the front control panel to access print, copy and scan functions; follow on‑screen prompts for settings such as number of copies, resolution and collation. For wireless setup, run Xerox Easy Wireless Setup on the device to join your Wi‑Fi network or connect directly via Wi‑Fi Direct from a mobile device. Replace the all‑in‑one toner cartridge when the device indicates low toner and use CentreWare IS for remote status and support access.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website, use genuine Xerox all‑in‑one cartridges, and position the device where Wi‑Fi signal strength is sufficient. For networked environments that require wired connections or fax support, consider the WorkCentre 3025NI model with Ethernet and fax capability.
