The adapter offers a compact form factor with interchangeable UK and EU plugs for flexible international use. It provides a fixed 12 V DC output with up to 1 A current capability, suitable for many low-power devices. The plug-swappable design removes the need for separate region-specific units, while the external adapter format simplifies installation and replacement without opening equipment.

Suitable for

• Small network devices such as access points and compact switches
• IP cameras and surveillance endpoints with 12V/1A requirement
• Routers, modems or VoIP adapters that accept a 12 V DC input
• Portable audio equipment and small consumer electronics powered by 12V

Key specifications

• Output voltage: 12 V DC
• Maximum output current: 1 A
• Input: AC mains with interchangeable UK and EU plugs
• Adapter type: external wall-mounted power adapter
• Typical applications: network equipment, cameras, routers, small electronics

How to use

Choose and attach the appropriate mains plug (UK or EU) before connecting the adapter to the wall outlet. Verify that the target device requires 12 V DC and does not exceed 1 A current draw. Connect the adapter's output connector to the device's power input, ensuring polarity and connector fit are correct. After connection, plug the adapter into the mains supply and switch on the powered device according to its operating instructions. Unplug the adapter from mains before changing the plug module or disconnecting the device.

Recommendations

Use the adapter indoors and in dry environments. Confirm device compatibility with a 12 V, 1 A supply before use. Avoid overloading the adapter by connecting devices whose combined current draw exceeds 1 A. If continuous operation is required, ensure adequate ventilation around the adapter and periodically inspect the plug and cable for wear or damage.
