Nástenná zásuvka ACT 1-port nechránená CAT6, 39×54×29,5 mm

ACT surface-mounted box for a single unshielded CAT6 port. The compact enclosure measures 39×54×29.5 mm and is designed to hold a CAT6 keystone or jack on a wall or other flat surface. It provides a neat termination point for Ethernet cabling where in-wall installation is not possible or desirable, protecting the connector and exposed wiring while keeping the installation discreet.

Advantages

The enclosure is small and lightweight, allowing installation in tight spaces and on visible surfaces without drawing attention. Its design accepts standard unshielded CAT6 keystones and jacks, enabling compatibility with common network components. The box offers mechanical protection for terminations, reduces strain on cables, and helps maintain a tidy appearance for home, office, or temporary network points.

Suitable for

• Surface installations where in-wall cabling is not available
• Home and small office Ethernet outlets
• Temporary or test network points and patch panels
• Retrofit or renovation projects that avoid opening walls

Key specifications

• Port count: 1 unshielded CAT6 keystone/jack
• Material: durable plastic suitable for surface mounting
• Dimensions (W×H×D): 39 × 54 × 29.5 mm
• Mounting: surface/wall mount compatible with screws or adhesive fixing
• Colour: neutral finish for discrete installation (actual shade may vary)

How to use

Open the enclosure and mount a compatible unshielded CAT6 keystone or jack into the front opening until it clicks or locks in place. Route the Ethernet cable through the rear or side access, terminate the conductors on the keystone according to the T568A or T568B wiring standard, and secure the cable to reduce strain. Close the box and fasten it to the wall using appropriate screws or adhesive, ensuring the enclosure is level and the keystone is accessible for patching.

Recommendations

For best results, use compatible unshielded CAT6 keystones and follow the selected wiring standard consistently across the network. Avoid over-bending the cable at the termination point and secure cables with strain relief to maintain signal integrity. When installing in visible areas, choose a mounting position that minimizes exposure to mechanical stress and moisture.
