Nástenný rack ROLINE Pro 12U 19 palcov, 600x600 mm, čierna, IP20, kľúčový zámok

The ROLINE Pro 12U wall-mounted rack is a compact 19-inch enclosure designed for mounting network and server equipment in small server rooms, network closets and office IT installations. The cabinet is made of robust steel with a powder-coated finish in black and provides IP20 protection. It includes adjustable 19" rails with 12U of usable height, multiple cable entry points and a key lock on the front door for basic physical security.

Advantages

The enclosure offers a sturdy steel construction with up to 1.5 mm sheet thickness and adjustable depth rails to accommodate different equipment depths. Cable management is facilitated by a slide-on cable inlet in the roof with a foam rubber seal, punched cable inlets on the rear panel and base plate with plastic covers, and an area in the roof chassis prepared for a fan module. Side panels and the front door are modular, lockable and removable to improve accessibility. Wall mounting is simple: the rear panel is first fastened to the wall and then the housing is attached; optional levelling feet or castors allow conversion to a free-standing cabinet.

Suitable for

• Small server rooms
• Network or telecom closets
• Office IT installations with limited floor space
• Secured network equipment requiring lockable access

When it may not be suitable

This rack is not intended for outdoor use or environments requiring higher protection than IP20. It is also not suitable for very large or high-density server deployments that require more than 12U of rack space or advanced cooling and cable management integrated for heavy equipment loads.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19-inch wall-mounted rack
• Rack height: 12U (483 mm standard rack unit height)
• External dimensions (W x D): 600 x 600 mm
• Material: Steel (up to 1.5 mm sheet thickness)
• Finish: Powder-coated, black (RAL 9005)
• Protection rating: IP20
• Front door: Lockable with key
• Mounting rails: Galvanised, adjustable in depth
• Cable management: Roof slide-on inlet with foam seal; punched inlets on rear panel and base with plastic covers
• Cooling provision: Roof area prepared for fan module

How to use

Mount the rear panel to a suitable solid wall using appropriate fixings and then attach the cabinet housing to the rear panel. Adjust the depth of the 19" rails to match equipment depth and secure devices using standard 19" mounting hardware. Route network and power cabling through the roof inlet or the punched cable entries and close covers to maintain tidy cable runs. Install a fan module in the roof area if additional ventilation is required. For temporary relocation or floor use, fit optional levelling feet or castors.

What to consider before purchase

• Required rack height (12U) and whether it meets current and future equipment needs
• Equipment depth and the adjustable depth range of the rails
• Cooling requirements — IP20 and passive ventilation may be insufficient for heat-sensitive or densely packed equipment
• Wall strength and suitable fixings for safe mounting
• Security needs — key lock provides basic physical protection

Recommendations

Use the roof cable inlet with its foam seal for structured cable entry and add a fan module if you expect higher heat output; secure the rear panel to a load-bearing wall and confirm available depth for your equipment before mounting.
