How to use

To magnetise a screwdriver tip, repeatedly pull or slide the metal tip along the positive side of the magnetiser so the tip retains magnetic polarity and can hold screws. To demagnetise, repeat the motion along the negative side to remove residual magnetism. Use steady, controlled passes and test the tip on a screw to check the achieved magnetisation level.

Recommendations

Use the magnetiser/demagnetiser on clean, dry metal tips. Avoid applying excessive force or using the tool on powered components. Store the device away from sensitive electronic media and devices that could be affected by magnetic fields.
