Obojka MAILmedia C4 s okienkom, samolepiaca, 100 g/m², biela, 250 kusov

MAILmedia C4 envelopes with window are designed for sending unfolded A4 documents. Each envelope is made from 100 g/m² white paper and features a transparent address window that aligns with standard document layouts. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure speeds up preparation and ensures a secure seal without additional tape or glue. The pack contains 250 envelopes, suitable for regular office use and bulk mailing operations.

Advantages

The envelopes combine sturdy 100 g/m² paper with a clear window to present recipient details professionally while protecting contents during transit. The peel-and-seal strip provides fast, consistent closure and reduces handling time. Their C4 size accommodates A4 sheets without folding, preserving document condition and layout. White finish offers a neutral, business-appropriate appearance compatible with printing and labeling.

Suitable for

• Sending invoices, statements and delivery notes without folding
• Dispatching contracts, reports and certificates that must remain flat
• Mass mailing and bulk dispatch from accounting or administrative departments
• Office correspondence where a visible address window speeds processing

Key specifications

• Material weight: 100 g/m² paper
• Color: white
• Window: transparent address window positioned for standard A4 layouts
• Closure type: self-adhesive peel-and-seal

How to use

Insert the A4 document so the recipient address aligns with the transparent window, ensuring the visible information is correctly positioned. For bulk mailing, use a flat work surface to place and seal multiple envelopes efficiently. If printing address information on inserts, confirm window placement before final printing to avoid misalignment.

For automated feeding or machine processing, test a small batch first to confirm compatibility with your equipment and the position of the transparent window relative to your document layout.
