Obojstranná penová lepiaca páska 3M FT-0024-8031-5, 66 m x 25 mm, krémová

3M double-sided foam tape FT-0024-8031-5 is a cream-coloured, conformable adhesive tape with a foam carrier, 66 m in length and 25 mm in width. The tape is designed to bond, mount and seal components where a compressible gap-filling adhesive is required. Its foam construction allows the adhesive to adapt to slightly uneven surfaces and helps distribute stress across bonded joints for more reliable adhesion in indoor applications.

Advantages

The foam carrier provides cushioning and gap-filling properties that improve contact on irregular substrates and reduce peel stress. The double-sided adhesive offers consistent tack and shear resistance suitable for light to medium bonding tasks. The cream colour can be useful where a neutral appearance is needed under trims or fixtures. Long roll length reduces the need for frequent replacements and supports continuous application over extended runs.

Suitable for

• Indoor mounting of trims, moldings and signage
• Attachment of fixtures, panels and lightweight components
• Sealing of small gaps and vibration-damping joints
• Temporary or semi-permanent joins where foam compressibility is needed

Key specifications

• Length: 66 m
• Width: 25 mm
• Carrier: compressible foam
• Adhesive type: double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Colour: cream
• Application environment: designed for indoor use

How to use

Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, dust or loose particles. Cut the required length from the roll and peel one liner to expose the first adhesive face, align and press firmly onto the substrate using even pressure. Remove the second liner to expose the opposite adhesive face and position the mating surface, then apply firm, uniform pressure across the bonded area to achieve intimate contact. Allow time for the adhesive to develop adequate bond strength before applying load.

Recommendations

For best results, use at moderate indoor temperatures and press firmly during application to maximize surface contact. Avoid use on heavily textured or contaminated surfaces without prior surface preparation. When bonding critical load-bearing parts, validate suitability with a test application and consider complementary mechanical fastening if required.
