Ochranná podlahová fólia Cimco 140156

The Cimco 140156 ground cloth is a square protective sheet intended for outdoor use. Measuring 1000 mm by 1000 mm with a thickness of 1.6 mm, this ground cloth is designed to protect tent floors and camping equipment from moisture, dirt and abrasion. Constructed from a durable waterproof material, it provides a barrier between the ground and the tent interior, helping to maintain a clean and dry sleeping area and to extend the service life of tent fabrics and zippers.

Advantages

The ground cloth offers robust physical protection against dampness and soiling while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. Its 1.6 mm thickness balances resistance to punctures and tears with packability for transport. The square shape and metre-by-metre dimensions make placement straightforward and compatible with many small tents, awnings and picnic setups. The material is easy to clean and dries quickly after exposure to moisture, reducing the risk of mould and odour formation.

Suitable for

• Protecting tent floors during camping trips
• Use under awnings, gazebos or picnic blankets
• Temporary ground protection for gear and footwear
• Workshops or outdoor projects where a waterproof surface is needed

Key specifications

• Overall dimensions: 1000 mm x 1000 mm
• Material thickness: 1.6 mm
• Shape: square
• Function: waterproof ground barrier against moisture and dirt
• Cleaning: wipeable surface, quick-drying material

How to use

Lay the ground cloth on a flat area before pitching the tent, with the smooth or coated side facing downward if the product has a treated surface. Centre the tent footprint over the sheet so the cloth extends to areas that most need protection. Avoid folding sharp objects or compressing the material with heavy poles directly on the cloth to reduce the risk of punctures. After use, shake off loose dirt, rinse if necessary, allow to dry completely and store rolled or folded in a dry place.

Recommendations

For best performance, place the ground cloth under the tent footprint rather than inside the tent to prevent water from pooling between layers. Do not use the ground cloth as a structural groundsheet—remove it for long-term fixed installations and inspect periodically for wear. Clean with mild soap and water; avoid bleach or strong solvents that can degrade the material.
