Odizolovacie kliešte cimco 120047, ergonomický dizajn s nastaviteľnou čepeľou

The cimco 120047 handheld wire stripping tool is designed for safe and precise removal of insulation from electrical wires. It combines an ergonomic grip with an adjustable blade that allows technicians to set the strip length and adapt to different conductor sizes. The tool is intended for repetitive stripping tasks in installation, maintenance and repair work where repeatability and reduced hand fatigue are important.

Advantages

The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip during extended use, reducing strain on the hand and wrist. The adjustable blade enables accurate control of strip length and accommodates a range of conductor diameters without damaging the conductor. The tool delivers consistent stripping performance, improving efficiency on repetitive tasks and helping maintain clean, reliable wire ends for safe electrical connections.

Suitable for

• Stripping insulation from single-core and multi-core electrical wires
• Installation and maintenance of electrical systems
• Repair work and component replacement in electrical equipment
• Workshop and on-site wire preparation for connectors and terminals

Key specifications

• Tool type: handheld manual wire stripper
• Handle: ergonomic grip for reduced hand fatigue
• Blade: adjustable cutting/stripping blade for variable strip length
• Suitable conductor sizes: adjustable to accommodate a range of wire diameters (insulated conductors)
• Typical applications: electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and workshop use

How to use

Position the wire in the tool's jaw according to the desired strip length, then adjust the blade to align with the insulation to be removed. Squeeze the handles to engage the blade and remove the insulation in a single smooth motion. For best results, check the blade adjustment on a scrap piece of wire before processing final components, and ensure the conductor is not nicked or damaged during stripping.

Recommendations

Use the adjustable blade setting to match the conductor diameter and the required strip length; inspect the stripped conductor visually to confirm insulation has been removed cleanly. Keep the blade clean and replace or sharpen it if stripping becomes inconsistent. Store the tool in a dry place to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term reliable performance.
