Optický kábel Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-SA-MPMP-3M 3 m OS2 žltý

The Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-SA-MPMP-3M is a 3 m indoor OS2 single-mode fibre patch cable with MPO-12 Type B APC connectors, engineered for 100G applications and high-speed data transmission. The yellow jacket provides easy visual identification in structured cabling installations and data centre environments.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable supports single-mode OS2 transmission characteristics suitable for long-reach, high-bandwidth links. MPO-12 Type B APC connectors enable multi-fibre parallel connections common in 100G deployments, while the 3 m length offers a compact solution for short patch runs in racks and patch panels. The cable’s design reduces insertion loss and promotes reliable signal integrity.

Suitable for

• 100G and other high-speed data links in data centres
• Interconnections between patch panels, transceivers, and distribution units
• Indoor structured cabling in server rooms and telecom closets

How to use

Route the cable through cable management channels and connect each MPO-12 Type B APC connector to the corresponding MPO ports on transceivers or patch panels, ensuring proper orientation for Type B polarity. Avoid sharp bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify link status and perform standard fibre testing (insertion loss, return loss) after installation.

Recommendations

Store and install the cable in a clean environment, handle connectors with dust caps until connection, and follow equipment manufacturer guidelines for MPO polarity and testing to ensure reliable 100G performance.
