Optický patch kábel Digitus OM3 ST/ST 2m

The Digitus Fiber Optic Multimode Patch Cord OM3 ST/ST is a 2 m duplex cable designed for reliable network connections. With a 50/125 µm multimode OM3 core and ST connectors on both ends, this patch cord provides high-end build quality and is suitable for short to medium distance data transmission in structured cabling environments.

Advantages

This ST to ST OM3 patch cord offers low attenuation and consistent multimode performance thanks to the 50 µm core and OM3 specification. The duplex design supports full-duplex links, and the 2 m length provides flexibility for rack- and cabinet-based connections. The cable is manufactured to industry standards for stable signal transmission and compatibility with existing multimode ST equipment.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting network equipment in data centers
• Linking switches, patch panels and transceivers using ST interfaces
• Office and server room multimode fiber runs

Key specifications

How to use

Identify the ST ports on your devices or patch panel and insert each ST connector until the bayonet lock engages. Use the duplex pair to maintain transmit/receive orientation for full-duplex links. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it in the rack or cable management to prevent strain. Verify link status with device diagnostics or optical test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid exceeding the minimum bend radius specified by the manufacturer and keep connectors clean using appropriate fiber cleaning tools. Use this OM3 duplex patch cord for multimode links up to the distance limits defined by OM3 standards and compatible hardware.
