Pásková spona DeLOCK 18805 oceľ zelená 200mm 10 ks

The DeLOCK 18805 cable tie is made of durable steel and finished in green. At 200 mm long and 7.9 mm wide, this pack of 10 stainless steel cable ties is designed for compact bundling and secure fastening of individual cables, wires and tubes. The steel construction provides high tensile strength and makes the ties suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Advantages

These stainless steel cable ties offer high heat resistance, strong tensile strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments. The integrated self-locking ball lock allows simple and secure installation, while the steel material gives consistent mechanical performance compared with plastic ties.

Suitable for

• Bundling single cables and wires
• Securing tubes and hoses
• Indoor and outdoor installations where corrosion resistance is required

How to use

Insert the tip of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and pull to tighten around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. For repetitive or heavy-duty applications, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie installation tool to obtain uniform tension and a clean cut of the tail. Trim any excess tail as needed to avoid sharp edges.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select a tie length that provides sufficient overlap when tightened; use an installation tool for consistent tension and to reduce manual effort. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to cables and tubes.
