Patch kábel BlueOptics 470-ADBF MPO-MPO Multimode OM4 1 meter modrý

The BlueOptics 470-ADBF MPO-MPO Multimode OM4 1 Meter Blue patch cable is built for high-speed fiber-optic connections in data centers and enterprise networks. This multimode OM4 cable supports increased bandwidth and extended reach compared with earlier multimode grades, offering consistent performance for short- to medium-range links. The MPO-MPO connector configuration enables parallel fiber connections often used in high-density transceivers and aggregated links. The cable's blue jacket aids visual identification and routing within racks and cable assemblies.

Advantages

This OM4 multimode patch cable provides improved modal bandwidth for 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE links at typical multimode distances, with stable attenuation and return loss characteristics suitable for high-speed applications. The MPO-MPO termination supports multi-fiber parallel optics and simplifies installation in high-density panels. Durable jacket construction and factory-polished connectors reduce the need for frequent replacement and help maintain link quality in demanding rack environments.

Suitable for

• High-density data center fiber trunks and patch panels
• Parallel optical transceivers and breakout assemblies
• 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE multimode links over short to medium distances
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch interconnects within racks

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode OM4
• Connector type: MPO to MPO (multi-fiber parallel connectors)
• Length: 1 meter
• Color: Blue outer jacket
• Application: Data center and enterprise network interconnects

How to use

Install the MPO-MPO cable by aligning the MPO connector keying with the corresponding port orientation on transceivers or patch panels, then insert until it seats securely. Ensure both ends use matching polarity and fiber ribbon orientation appropriate for the connected equipment. Route the cable to avoid excessive bending; observe the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode fiber. Confirm optical link status and test end-to-end insertion loss after installation to verify performance.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable to avoid contamination of connector endfaces; use protective caps when connectors are not mated. Clean connectors before connecting and follow equipment vendor guidance for MPO polarity and transceiver compatibility to ensure reliable high-speed links.
