Patch kábel ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP 20 m modrý

Patch Cord ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP 20m Blue is a 20-meter network patch cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections between devices. The cable uses a 4-pair stranded copper conductor with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair with overall braid) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference. Connectors are screened RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts and moulded kink protection for improved durability. Contact wiring follows the EIA/TIA 568 1:1 standard.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction with individual pair foil shielding plus a complete braid provides enhanced protection against crosstalk and external interference. Gold-plated contacts ensure stable signal transmission and corrosion resistance. The moulded kink protection and flexible cable jacket support use in confined spaces and prevent connector strain.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patching in data centers and server rooms
• Office networking between switches, patch panels and workstations
• Home network installations requiring a 20 m cable

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat.6 S/FTP
• Length: 20 m
• Conductor: 4-pair stranded copper
• Shielding: Foil on each pair + overall braid (S/FTP)
• Connectors: Screened RJ-45 — gold-plated contacts
• Wiring: EIA/TIA 568 1:1
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plugs into corresponding RJ-45 sockets on network devices (switches, routers, patch panels, network cards) until the latch clicks. Ensure both ends are securely seated and avoid sharp bends or kinks near the connector area. Route the cable keeping bend radius and strain relief in mind to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances and maintain appropriate bend radius. Use in installations where Cat.6 performance and S/FTP shielding are required for reduced interference.
