Patch panel ROLINE 19" 2HE, káblový kanál 85x60mm, oceľové puzdro, čierny

ROLINE 19-inch 2U cable duct in a black steel housing provides organized horizontal routing for connection cables in 19-inch racks and server enclosures. The integrated duct measures 85 x 60 mm and includes five cable routing brackets to guide and secure Ethernet, patch and copper cables for neat cable management in data cabinets, server rooms and telecom closets.

Advantages

The steel construction offers durable support and protection for routed cables, while the 2U form factor fits standard 19-inch profile rails to maximize rack space efficiency. Integrated cable routing brackets simplify installation and help maintain an orderly cable layout, reducing strain on connectors and improving accessibility for maintenance.

Suitable for

• Rack-mounted network patching in server rooms
• Organizing Ethernet and patch cables in data cabinets
• Telecom closets and small network installations

When it may not be suitable

This cable duct is intended for horizontal cable management within standard 19-inch racks and may not be suitable for non-standard or custom enclosures that do not accept 2U modules. It is not designed as a replacement for vertical cable management or for routing very large bundles that exceed the duct dimensions of 85 x 60 mm.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 2U for 19-inch racks
• Duct internal dimensions: 85 x 60 mm
• Material: steel
• Colour: black
• Includes: five cable routing brackets for horizontal cable guidance

How to use

Mount the cable duct on the 19-inch profile rails at the desired rack position using standard rack screws. Route connection cables through the integrated duct and position them into the cable routing brackets to secure and separate individual runs. Leave sufficient slack for connectors and service access, and avoid overfilling the duct to prevent excessive bending of cables.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the rack has standard 19-inch profile rails and available 2U space
• Verify that the duct internal size (85 x 60 mm) accommodates the expected cable volume
• Consider whether additional vertical cable management is required for your installation

Recommendations

Use the five routing brackets to separate signal and power or different cable types, maintain bend radius for Ethernet and patch cables, and plan cable paths before installation to ensure clear access and tidy maintenance.
