PC skriňa Fractal Design Define 7 Midi Tower čierna

The Fractal Design Define 7 Midi Tower Black is a versatile mid-tower PC case designed for modular builds, flexible cooling configurations and straightforward cable management. It supports motherboards up to 285 mm E-ATX, offers multiple fan and radiator mounting options, and includes drive brackets and a Multibracket to adapt storage or pump placement. Front I/O provides five USB ports including one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C for fast data transfer and charging.

Advantages

The case provides a modular dual-layout interior that accommodates large custom water loops or high-capacity storage setups. It ships with three Dynamic X2 GP-14 fans and has mounting capacity for up to nine 120/140 mm fans, plus filtered front access and full PSU coverage for easy maintenance. Noise-dampened panels, integrated cable guides with Velcro ties and an ultra-slim Nexus+ 2 fan hub simplify system building and keep operation quiet. A single 5.25” bay can be converted to an additional filtered front fan mount.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling builds with large reservoirs and up to 420 mm radiators
• High-storage systems requiring multiple HDDs and SSDs (Storage Layout)
• Quiet workstation or home-theatre PCs where low noise is important
• ATX and E-ATX gaming or productivity builds needing flexible airflow

How to use

Choose the Open Layout to maximize internal space for radiators and reservoirs or switch to the Storage Layout to prioritise hard drive capacity. Install the included Dynamic X2 GP-14 fans or add additional fans in the available mounts; use the Nexus+ 2 hub to connect up to three PWM fans and six 3‑pin fans. Convert the 5.25” bay to an extra front fan if needed, and attach the Multibracket to repurpose unused fan positions for HDD, SSD or pump mounting. Route cables behind the motherboard tray using the integrated guides and Velcro ties for a tidy installation.

Recommendations

For optimal noise and airflow balance, use the preinstalled GP-14 fans with additional filtered intake fans at the front and maintain the nylon filters regularly. When planning a custom loop, verify radiator clearance in your chosen layout (top up to 420 mm) and secure large reservoirs in the Open Layout for easy access.
