Pevná trubica 16 mm AD BitsPower None Chamfer mosadzná trubica 500 mm – carbon finish

BitsPower hard tubing in brass with a 16 mm outer diameter and 500 mm length in a carbon finish is intended for custom PC liquid-cooling loops. The tube is manufactured from brass and supplied without chamfering (None Chamfer), providing a straight, rigid section for precise coolant routing and integration into builds that require a polished metallic appearance with a dark, carbon-style surface treatment.

Advantages

This brass hard tube combines mechanical strength with dimensional stability, ensuring straight runs and reliable connections in custom water-cooling systems. The carbon finish offers a uniform dark appearance that resists minor surface wear and complements modern PC components. Supplied without chamfering, the tube allows installers to perform chamfering or end preparation to match their chosen fittings and assembly method.

Suitable for

• Rigid coolant runs in custom PC liquid-cooling loops
• Builds requiring a 16 mm outer diameter brass tube with a 500 mm straight section
• Aesthetic-focused systems where a dark carbon finish is desired
• Setups where installers prefer to control chamfering and end finishing

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Outer diameter: 16 mm
• Length: 500 mm (straight tube)
• Finish: carbon (dark surface treatment)
• Chamfering: none (supplied without chamfer)

How to use

Measure and plan the coolant path in the PC case to confirm that a 500 mm straight section with 16 mm outer diameter fits the intended routing. If required, mark the cut points and use appropriate cutting tools for brass tubing to obtain clean, square ends. Since the tube is supplied without chamfering, use a deburring tool or chamfering tool to prepare the inner and outer edges to match the chosen compression fittings or adapters. Install with compatible fittings rated for a 16 mm OD rigid tube, ensuring seals and compression rings are seated properly before pressurizing the loop.

Recommendations

Handle the brass tube with care to avoid scratches on the carbon finish; store in a protective sleeve until installation. Test-fit fittings and perform leak testing at low pressure after assembly. If precise end geometry is critical, use proper tube cutters, a rotary deburrer, and a calibrated chamfering tool to achieve consistent results.
