To enhance operation, consider installing a PluX22 digital decoder for DCC control and optional sound. Ensure your layout's curves are at least 358 mm radius for reliable running. The close coupling mechanism works best with NEM 362 couplers; adjust coupler height if needed. For optimal performance, clean the wheels and track regularly, and lubricate the mechanism according to the manual.
