Podložka Dahle 10683

The Dahle 10683 Mat is a transparent accessory mat designed to protect work surfaces and improve cutting precision when used with Dahle paper cutters. Measuring 914.4 mm by 609.6 mm, the mat is made from a multi-layer self-healing PVC construction that helps cuts close up and extends the product’s usable life. The top surface includes both inch and metric measurements and 1/2" grid lines to assist with alignment for cutting, drawing and sewing; the mat is reversible for extended use.

Advantages

The Vantage® self-healing construction consists of five layers of PVC that allow shallow cuts to close and reduce visible damage over time. Clear/translucent material provides an almost transparent work surface for better visibility of underlying markings. Printed inch and metric scales plus 1/2" grid lines enable accurate measurement and repeatable cuts. The reversible design increases lifespan and offers consistent performance on both sides.

How to use

Place the Dahle 10683 mat on a flat, stable work surface with the printed side up. Align your material to the printed scales or grid lines to achieve precise cuts. Use the mat in combination with a Dahle paper cutter or cutting blade, applying even pressure; the mat is reversible, so flip it when one side shows excessive wear. Clean the mat with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the printed markings.

Recommendations

For best results, store the mat flat and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Use appropriate cutting blades and moderate pressure to maximize the self-healing properties and prolong the life of both the mat and your cutting tools.
