EUROLITE TMH-S400 400W CMY — beam/spot/wash is a moving head fixture with a 400W lamp and CMY color mixing designed to provide flexible stage illumination. The unit supports beam, spot and wash modes and features motorized pan and tilt for precise positioning. It is built for use in performance venues, clubs and event installations that require high-intensity output and dynamic color blending.

Advantages

The fixture combines a high-power 400W light source with CMY subtractive color mixing to create a wide palette of hues without the need for color gels. Motorized pan and tilt enable accurate aiming and dynamic movement sequences, while the multi-mode optical system allows switching between a narrow beam, defined spot and wide wash. The design supports stable operation during extended use and integrates with common control protocols for synchronized show control.

How to use

Mount the moving head securely to a suitable truss or stand following standard rigging safety procedures. Connect mains power rated for the fixture and allow the unit to complete its startup sequence before use. Configure DMX address and control mode using the onboard menu to match your console or controller. Select the desired operating mode — beam, spot or wash — and adjust pan, tilt, intensity and CMY color mixing via DMX or built-in presets. Allow adequate ventilation space around the housing and verify cooling airflow during extended operation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the fixture with a compatible dimmer/console and ensure the supply voltage and grounding meet local electrical standards. Schedule regular cleaning of optics and filters, inspect moving parts and cabling before each event, and allow the fixture to cool before handling. When integrating multiple units, synchronize control channels to avoid conflicting DMX addresses and plan for adequate rigging points and service access.
