Ponorné studňové čerpadlo Metabo TBP 6200/8 INOX — výkon 6200 l/h, max. tlak 8 bar

Metabo TBP 6200/8 INOX is a stainless-steel deep well pump engineered for extracting water from wells and boreholes. The pump provides a maximum flow rate of 6200 L/h and a top operating pressure of 8 bar, making it suitable for domestic water supply, garden irrigation and pressure-boosting installations. Built for submerged operation, the stainless steel construction offers increased corrosion resistance and durability for extended service life in contact with groundwater.

Advantages

The stainless-steel housing and wet-end components reduce corrosion risk and help maintain performance in mineral-rich or slightly aggressive water. A high-capacity hydraulic design enables continuous delivery up to 6200 L/h while the rated maximum pressure of 8 bar supports multi-point supply and pressure-boosting applications. The unit’s compact, cylindrical form factor is suitable for installation in narrow wells or boreholes, and its materials and sealing are selected for prolonged submerged use.

Suitable for

• Domestic potable and utility water supply from wells and boreholes
• Garden and lawn irrigation systems
• Pressure boosting for household systems and small networks
• Water transfer for tanks and cisterns in residential settings

Key specifications

• Maximum flow rate: up to 6200 litres per hour
• Maximum pressure: up to 8 bar
• Construction material: stainless steel wet-end and housing for corrosion resistance
• Design: submersible deep well pump suitable for boreholes and narrow wells
• Typical applications: domestic water supply, irrigation, pressure boosting

How to use

Install the pump vertically into a suitably sized well or borehole following local installation regulations and ensuring correct electrical connection by a qualified electrician. Lower the pump to a position that allows sufficient submergence while avoiding contact with the well bottom to prevent sediment intake. Connect discharge piping and any pressure-control devices, then perform an initial priming and test run to verify flow and pressure. Monitor the pump during initial operation for correct current draw and stable pressure output.

Recommendations

Ensure the pump remains submerged during operation to avoid dry running. Fit an appropriate filter or strainer at the inlet if water contains sand or larger particles. Use pressure switches or controllers for automated start/stop and protect the motor with suitable thermal and electrical protection. Follow local regulations for electrical earthing and safe installation in wells.
