Poštová taška MAILmedia C4 biela s papierovým chrbtom 120 g/m² samolepiaca

MAILmedia C4 White with paper backing 120 g/m² self-adhesive shipping bag is a mailing envelope sized to fit C4 documents and flat items. The envelope combines a white outer surface with an internal 120 g/m² paper backing that adds tear resistance and protects contents from abrasion. A self-adhesive closure enables fast and secure sealing without additional tape, making it practical for mailings and dispatch of printed materials.

Advantages

The reinforced paper backing improves puncture and tear resistance while keeping the envelope lightweight. The white exterior provides a neat, professional appearance suitable for business correspondence. The peel-and-seal adhesive strip ensures consistent closure speed and reduces handling time compared with manually taped packages. The design minimises bulk while protecting documents from creasing and surface damage.

Suitable for

• Postal shipments of letters, brochures and catalogs that fit C4 format
• E‑commerce dispatches of flat printed materials such as certificates, photos and small posters
• Office mailing and interdepartmental document transfers
• Storage of completed documents where light protection and a sealed envelope are required

Key specifications

• Format: C4-sized mailing bag suitable for unfolded A4 documents
• Outer colour: white for a clean presentation
• Inner backing: 120 g/m² paper for added strength and abrasion protection
• Closure: self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip for quick sealing
• Construction: lightweight, low-bulk design for efficient postage handling

How to use

Insert the document or flat item so it lies evenly within the envelope and does not protrude from the opening. Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive strip and press the flap firmly along its length to ensure full contact and a secure seal. For items requiring extra protection, consider placing them inside a stiffening board or cardboard sleeve before inserting into the mailing bag to reduce bending during transit.

Recommendations

Store the shipping bags in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve adhesive performance. When preparing high-value or fragile items, combine the bag with additional protective packaging such as cardboard stiffeners or bubble wrap. Verify that recipient address labels and any required customs documentation are affixed clearly to the exterior surface and do not cover the seal area.
