How to use

Install the shelf into the chosen 19" rack position using the standard front-mounting points and fasteners appropriate for your cabinet. Ensure the shelf is secured at both front mounting points and, where applicable, supports at the rear to maintain stability. Slide the shelf fully in and out to confirm smooth operation before placing equipment. Place devices or accessories on the sliding surface, taking care to distribute load evenly within the manufacturer's safe limits. For heavier items, verify that the cabinet and mounting hardware are rated for the applied load.

Recommendations

Use the sliding shelf to store items that require occasional access; avoid placing excessively heavy or vibrating equipment on the 1U sliding surface. Periodically check slide mechanism and mounting fasteners for wear or loosening, and keep the sliding rails free of debris to maintain smooth operation.
