Milesight UR32 Lite 4G LTE is an industrial cellular router for M2M and IoT connectivity that provides mobile WAN access via 4G LTE CAT4 (also compatible with 3G). The compact device integrates an embedded cellular modem and SIM function, two fast Ethernet ports and a set of routing and security features to connect remote equipment and ensure reliable data transmission in industrial and commercial environments. The router is designed for wide temperature operation and low power consumption, and supports standard management interfaces and network protocols.

How to use

Install the UR32 Lite on a desktop, wall or DIN rail and connect a suitable DC power source (9–48 V). Insert a Mini SIM card, attach an external antenna to the SMA connector and connect Ethernet devices to the LAN/WAN ports. Access the device via Web UI, CLI, SNMP or DeviceHub to configure APN, routing, VPN and security policies. Use the built-in tools such as watchdog and timers to maintain stable connections and automated reconnection for remote deployments.

Recommendations

For reliable cellular performance, use a SIM with data plan appropriate for expected traffic and place the external antenna with clear exposure to the mobile network. Configure VPN and firewall settings before deploying in production and enable SNMP or remote management to monitor device status and signal strength.
